Delivery Information

Delivery Times

A delivery estimate is provided of 3-5 workings days, but it cannot be guaranteed. Every estimate is based on a "working day" (defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), beginning the first working day following the acceptance of the order. The stated delivery time may be impacted by a number of variables, including the weather and stock shortages. All dates are estimates until the item is restocked.

Delivery Costs

We offer free delivery to all Mainland UK on orders over £999. We define the UK mainland as England, Wales and Scotland. The Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and any other UK islands are not eligible for free delivery.

In the event of a delivery charge being required, we attempt to clearly label this prior to completing an Order, and the relevant charge will be applied to the total at the Checkout stage. Charges are calculated on a per delivery basis, not a per Order basis, so multiple delivery charges may be applied in certain circumstances.

Unfortunately, due to recent economic factors, some of our third-party delivery partners cannot provide accurate delivery cost estimates before an Order is placed. Where possible, we try to absorb any extra surcharges, but in extreme cases we may ask for an additional delivery surcharge after an Order has been placed. We reserve the right to cancel the Order in the event of this surcharge not being met.

Delivery Management

Our shipments are handled by third-party carriers, these are specialised courier services. As a result, even if We make every effort to do so, We are unable to guarantee the fulfilment of any particular shipping instructions requested when placing an Order. We make every effort to ensure that an Order with several goods is delivered on time, but we cannot promise it. We hold the right to re-charge for any deliveries as a result of any failed delivery attempts without prior notification.

Getting the Delivery

All of our deliveries are performed by a single individual at the curb. Where necessary, You should make arrangements for assistance with the goods' unloading during delivery and/or for their storage inside the home once they have been received. We advise making a quick visual inspection of a delivery to ensure that all expected items are included. If a delivery note is provided, we also advise reviewing it. The Delivery contact listed on the Order must accept, examine, and sign for the delivery. After the delivery is accepted, ownership of those products is transferred to you. As a result, We strongly advise conducting a thorough inspection of the products right away, before putting them away.

Examining the Items Delivered

We advise conducting a thorough inspection as quickly as possible to identify any products that may be flawed, unfinished, or damaged. In the unlikely event that this is the case, You must inform us as soon as possible after receiving the delivery so that the Returns procedure goes without any delays. If you don't notify us within this window, you may incur charges. If all of these requirements have been met, We will arrange for free replacement of any incorrect or damaged items. It might not always be possible to collect damaged objects, like shattered glass, therefore you might be requested to dispose of them separately.

Installing Delivered Goods

We advise against scheduling any tradesperson(s) to install anything before receiving the entire order and thoroughly inspecting it. We cannot be held liable for any subsequent loss because the delivery times we have provided are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If possible, leave any broken or defective items in their original packaging and refrain from attempting to install them.
