Returns Information

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 states that the customer may return any product bought within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Here at Bathroom and Beyond we strive to ensure you are happy and content with your purchase. In the unfortunate event that you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the date of purchase, unused and in their original packaging. If there are no other products suitable, a refund will be provided in the form of your original payment.

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied you can return it within 14 days, and we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment.

We at Bathroom and Beyond strive to get your goods to you in immaculate condition. However, should you find any damages or incorrect items please Contact Us immediately.

Return Steps

  1. Contact Us to start the return process where we will send you a returns note.
  2. Print, complete and return our returns note.
  3. Once the return has been authorised, seal the product in the original packaging, visibly marking your order number on a separate sheet and attach to external packaging. Please take the time to not mark the original packaging.
  4. Send the item back to our Bathroom & Beyond warehouse.
  5. Once we have received your return, we will begin to process the order.
  6. Please allow up to 10 working days from date of us receiving your order for your refund to be processed.

Returning An Unwanted Item

  • Unwanted items cannot be returned after 30 days of the date purchased.
  • The customer is required to notify us within this time period to start the return process, prior to sending products back.
  • Unwanted items must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in the condition to which they were received as.
  • If you are returning an unwanted item, it must not be damaged or marked.
  • You will be responsible for arranging a courier to deliver your parcel back to us. We recommend using a recorded mail service for this.
  • The cost of returning unwanted items is incurred by the customer.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Item

  • The customer must notify us of any damages within 48 hours of receipt of goods. This can be done by:
    • o Contact us – via phone or email listed in our contact us page.
  • Photographs to confirm damages may be required. These can be sent to us by email.
  • You must not start the returns process until we have been informed by the customer of any damages.

Please take note:

  • If you wish to return an item to us, a refund will be provided to the method of payment used.
  • We ask that any goods are returned to us in as new condition (including all packaging) and that they are handled carefully.
  • We request that products are returned in their original format and packaging intact.
  • Please remember to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
